Refund Policy

Eight Hours strives to ensure that our customers are happy but most importantly, develop and grow with what we provide. Thus, we guarantee a 100% 15 days money back guarantee if you find our products unsatisfactory. A refund is also perfectly accepted if:

  • The download file for your product is corrupting, making it unable to download the product.
  • Formatting bugs or problems occur during download, causing the product to look disfigured and unreadable.

Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds with items bought with sale items or gift cards.

To initiate your return or refund, please email us at support@eighthours.co.uk. To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) with your order number.

Exceptions / Non-refundable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch with support@eighthours.co.uk if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product as well as the approval or rejection status of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

There is often some processing time between financial institutions before a refund is posted (between 2-3 days is normal). If you still have not received your refund after this time-frame, please send us an email at support@eighthours.co.uk and allow us the opportunity to investigate the matter further.
