What should I do if I have trouble downloading / printing the eBook?

The eBook physical version is A4, it can be downloaded in PDF format and / or for Google Docs. Opening on mobile as a file should be fine. If you are unable to download the file OR if the format is unreadable, first make sure that: 

1: Your Device is compatible. 

2: The file reader is working. 

3: You have downloaded it in the right file format.

Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with the product?

Do you offer updates or new editions?

If we do make any changes we will send out an email detailing the update to our customers. Subscribers will be notified with any new editions through our upcoming newsletter. 

How will I receive the eBook?

Once you have purchased your product(s), an email will be sent over containing your product(s), as well as the download button which allows you to download the product. Simply click the button and you should be good to go! Happy reading!

How long is support response time?

We always try our best to reach back to our customers as soon as possible, meaning that our response time is normally less than 12 hours. However, there are times where there may be delays as a result of internal issues or external problems on our end. Just sit tight and we will get to you as soon as possible!
