As a student, sleep is key to focussing in class and having the most fun in the classroom and at school. I know you definitely don't want to be there; I definitely didn't. Sleep is so much more than just how energetic you are. It also plays great parts in your discipline and time management, some key skills you need to develop as a student. Otherwise, you might find yourself buried in mounds of overdue homework.
